These boxes are filled with luxe samples to full-sized beauty, skincare, and haircare products and are worth way more than the purchase price. The price you see is the ONLY price you pay because shipping is free. The 2015 Summer Beauty Box was only $7!!
Unlike most subscription boxes, Target Beauty boxes aren’t released monthly and are so wildly popular because the samples are such a good sizes and the boxes are so inexpensive that they usually sell out within a matter of a couple hours. My box arrived about 4 days after I ordered it!
Although I already knew what samples I was getting because it was listed on the website, it was nice that they sent an info card. The info card details what each product is and how to use them. I also received a coupon for $3 off any Beauty Department purchase of $15 or more at Target.
Olay Regenerist Luminous HydraSwirl eye Cream ($23.99)- They gave me the full-sized and they gave it at a GOOD time! I’ve had so much going on the summer that I feel like I’m not getting enough sleep and I feel that I look like that! Going to use this along with upping my H2O to see if it helps.
Revlon Ultra HD Lipstick ($7.99)- I don’t wear lipsticks as much as I used to, but I could actually use a new red, so I’m going to keep this handy. I received the shade: Gladiolus (875) and they gave me the full-sized version.
Sinful Colors Professional Nail Color ($1.99)- I received Thimbleberry which is a perfect summery color. I didn’t photograph it very well, so look at the top pic of the full box for a more accurate representation of the color.
Cutex Advanced Revival Nail Polish Remover Pads ($1.17)- Nail Polish remover pads= always welcome for their convenience factor, for sure.
Fekkai Soleil Pre-Soleil Hair Mist ($6.80)- Box FAVE! This is a sun protector for your hair. It contains sunflower seed oil and it leaves behind a really nice shine and it smells sooo good. Not to sound weird or cheesy, but if I had to describe how the sun would actually smell, it’d be this mist. I think this is going to be a summer staple for me.
I totaled the value of everything in this box and came to: $41.94. The price I paid was only $7 shipped, so um… yeah. No wonder these boxes sell out so fast, right? Not to mention that 3 out of 5 of the items were full-sized!
Did you snag a box this time? What did you think?
