December means it’s my last Love with Food box for the year! It’s always a nice treat receiving this box in the mail every month!
**Also, stay tuned because at the bottom, I will tell you how to get January’s box for free without a coupon code!**
In case you aren’t familiar, Love with Food is a monthly subscription box company that delivers organic, all-natural, hard-to-find gourmet snacks.
For every box sold, Love with Food donates a meal to several food banks to help combat childhood hunger, such as the Feeding America Network and Share Our Strength – No Kid Hungry.
Each month, Love with Food subscribers receive a box curated to a specific theme usually with 8 or more snacks. The November box theme this month was “Taste the Season”. The information pamphlet explains that the items in this month’s box are delicious holiday treats!
Love with Food has a reward point system. One way you can receive reward points is to review the snacks you received in your monthly box. You can also earn points by referring your friends to join and then you can redeem your points to purchase snacks in the Love with Food website shop.
Oogies Kettle Corn- I’m not a huge fan of Kettle Corn, but my daughters really enjoyed it. This sample bag was huge and enough to fill each of their bowls tonight and there’s enough left to snack on another time, too.
Olympos Pitted Green Olives- I love olives and got really excited when I saw these in the box because I was expecting just sweet comfort foods this month. These were delicious! I wish olives were included in the box every month. I’m that big of a fan.
Nocciolate Hazelnut Spread- The girls go to a “peanut-free” school, so I’m going to save this for when they go back to use as an alternative to peanut butter for their school lunch.
Hannah Max Cookie Chips- This bag was packed full just like the kettle corn! These were crunchy and sweet. The texture was just as I’d imagine cookie chips to feel like. I think I’d like to try them in other flavors.
Liddabit Sweets Dark chocolate Sea Salt Caramels- These were melt-in-your-mouth delicious! A mixture of Chocolate, Salty, and Caramel Sweet!
Honey Acres Chocolate Honey Mints- My girls do an advent calendar every year counting down until Christmas, so I slipped these in one of the days as their treat. I’m a fan of mint chocolate, so it was hard to give them up, though 😉
Bali’s Best Espresso Candies– I did NOT, however, give these to my girls in their advent calendars. These were delicious and had a liquid center.
Next by Nature Dark Chocolate Coconut- I haven’t dug into this one, yet, but I’m planning on sprinkling some on some vanilla yogurt.
Conclusion (Free Box Offer)!
Phew! This box was packed with sweets. They were delicious, but I really love a balance of salty or sweet depending on my mood. The olives rocked, though and the taffy was delicious!
At the end of the month subscription, if you wish to cancel, you will need to go on the site to do so, but you may find it beneficial to keep it! Subscriptions for the regular sized box are only $10/month + $2 shipping which is really, in my opinion, a great price point for treating yourself and/or your family.
