I recently was contacted by The Bouqs Company asking if I’d like to review their flower delivery service. I love fresh flowers and loved the idea of pampering myself with a little treat, so I gratefully accepted their offer!
This was the first time I used The Bouqs Co for flower delivery. However, a short while ago I actually heard buzz popping up about the company from a few different places… O, the Oprah Magazine is the place I can actually recall reading about it.
Various celebs have tweeted about the company, too:
Like many other people (I’m assuming), I see THE important date circled on my calendar, smack my forehead, “Crap!” and click the first link that comes up in my Google search, figuring every flower delivery service is pretty much the same.
However, with The Bouqs, the company is a little different from the rest and a lot more simple. I think that may be the reason their popularity is rapidly increasing.
The main factors that made me take notice of The Bouqs in the first place were the price and how simple it was to order. The floral arrangements are $40 flat with free shipping to anywhere in the US.
So many times when I’ve ordered flowers, I get suckered into all the little add-ons and, with shipping factored in, end up spending way more than the original amount I’d budgeted. I don’t need to worry about that with The Bouqs. Everything is set up beautifully and simple in a non-busy website environment.
Oh, and the website atmosphere is a lot of fun, too! It’s bright, colorful and the arrangements sport groovy names such as “Killer Bouq” and “Awesome Sauce”.
So here are the gorgeous flowers I selected:
The name of the arrangement is called “Desperado” and they arrived fresh and beautiful. The arrangements from The Bouqs are sent from sustainable Equadorian farms, where they’re grown in sun-drenched, mineral-rich volcanic soil and they arrive just four days after being cut verses 6-14 days from many florist-bought arrangements.
They came with care instructions, food, and were beautiful a good many days. They perked up my blogging writing environment!
Okay, since I was already pampering myself with flowers, I figured I may as well hit on myself, too. Wanna see the card I sent myself with my flowers?
Oh, I love you, me!!! <3 <3
I mean, *cough* ahem!
If you’re interested in sending a groovy or gorgeous floral arrangement to a loved one (or yourself!) at a great flat rate without getting pressured to buy more, you can certainly check out The Bouqs Co right here!
